You know you’ve been together a long time when the following conversation makes sense to the both of you.

I was making my rounds before bed, checking the locks and turning off lights.  My husband was in the bedroom.  I heard him turn the T.V. on.

Him:  “Hey!  It’s that movie with that guy in it that was on earlier that we wanted to see.”

Me:  “Hitman.  Oh it has that same guy from that movie with what’s his name.”

Him:  “Die Hard.”

Me:  “He reminds me of that dude from that show we like that got cancelled.”

Him:  (As he laughs) “Las Vegas”

Me:  “Do we even need to talk anymore?”
